Jason Radic started in the industry as a technician for an Orkin Pest Control Franchise in 2009 and had a great deal of success servicing his customers. Jason ran a route and serviced both residential and commercial. He always perceived himself as a leader, and by providing superior service backed by his down to earth sense of humor he was promoted as the Director of Operations in 2012. During his time as a Director with Orkin, it allowed him to showcase strong leadership, a strong work ethic, problem solving and communication skills. Their Orkin franchise grew to become one of the largest franchises in the U.S compared to all other Orkin franchises. After many more successes along the way, the love for this industry led to starting his own company. With a home team of three terrific kids, a supportive wife and a strong desire to be successful they branched out to start Pure Pest Services.
